Return & Refund Policy
The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods shall be in the good condition. The packaging shall be in original condition and original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will NOT be any replacement. my.BetterPETS.shop will NOT be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
Once we have checked and confirmed the goods/products, customer will receive their replacement within 14 days (inclusive Satudays and Sundays) after the confirmation of replacement is qualified.
